- An initial charge is made by credit card at order (short-term: full prepayment; monthly plans: the number of prepaid months you select). Starting on the day the prepaid period expires, monthly plans are charged the regular monthly rate automatically each month on the same day of the month as your service start date (or on the last day of the month if that date does not exist), until cancelled.

Returns and Cancellation

- You may cancel and receive a refund before the start date. On or after the start date, cancellation/refunds are generally unavailable (see Refund Policy).
