For services that require identity verification, you upload a photo of your passport or residence card, from which we read and verify your name, nationality, date of birth, document number, and similar details via OCR. For uSIM plan orders, we collect a residence card or another document proving residence in Japan.
If you sign in with an external account such as Google or Kakao, we receive basic information from that service — your name, email address, and profile image. We use this information solely to create your account, sign you in, and contact you; we do not use it for advertising or sell it to third parties.
